What began as a second residence evolved into a deep connection with the region, giving her extensive local knowledge and a strong understanding of its property market. As a licensed Real Estate Agent with a Master’s degree in Criminology, Eline combines analytical thinking, attention to detail, and professionalism to guide clients through every stage of buying and selling with confidence and discretion. Having lived and worked internationally, she understands the expectations of clients from around the world and provides personalised advice in Dutch, French, English, and Spanish. As the founder of Belline Estate, Eline believes real estate is about more than transactions.
