Since 2014, the Costa del Sol has been more than a destination for Eline, it has been home. What began as a second residence evolved into a deep connection with the region, giving her extensive local knowledge and a strong understanding of its property market. As a licensed Real Estate Agent with a Master’s degree in Criminology, Eline combines analytical thinking, attention to detail, and professionalism with a personal approach to real estate. Her experience also extends to Belgium, where she is Co-Owner of Morgaline, her family’s real estate company specialising in property development, renovation, rentals, and investment. Having lived and worked internationally, she understands the expectations of clients from around the world and provides personalised advice in Dutch, French, English, and Spanish. As the founder of Belline Estate, Eline believes real estate is about more than transactions. It is about understanding each client’s goals, providing honest advice, and building lasting relationships based on trust.
